How to Improve this theme

Relpor is running with a theme that I sort of slapped together over the last few weeks. The goal was to create something clean and antiseptic. I’m fairly happy with the bio shot and blurb, but the links above it and blank space below are driving me batty. I have no idea what to put there.

I’d love any ideas and feedback that you have. I’ve done preliminary testing in Safari and Firefox, but not IE. I’m trying to focus on design now, and once I have the look down, I’ll make it work technically. Thanks in advance 🙂
