my problem with registration!!

Hy.This is my first post here and i need your help. I’m an international student and yesterday i tried to register for the November sat. i already had an account on collage board but when i tried to register i couldn’t get past the first step because of this message : “Please enter a valid mailing address. A valid address must contain letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or “/”.”. I changed my mail address, i checked my spelling, i even set up a new account with a different mail address. the problem persist. What should i do? is this a bug? online registration is the only possibility i have. mail registration would take too long and i don’t want to miss the deadline due to technical problems. have you experienced this kind of problems too? post here any ideas,tips or solutions please because i’m starting to freak out.
