Remove "infobar" from plugin

I like this plugin.

1. How do I remove “infobar” which displays to the right of the announcement icon? Do I need to purchase the pro version of the plugin to remove it?

2. Does the pro version have the option to display infobar notices like a ticker similar to the https://wordpress.org/plugins/ditty-news-ticker/ plugin?
