• Hi there,

I’m trying to backup my WordPress blog to SugarSync using the BackWPup app, but I keep getting the following error messages:

ERROR: SugarSync API: Is not a readable file:/blog/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-dc3488-temp/backwpup_dc3488_2014-09-14_10-17-42.zip

[14-Sep-2014 10:19:58] WARNING: fopen(/blog/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-dc3488-temp/backwpup_dc3488_2014-09-14_10-17-42.zip): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
[14-Sep-2014 10:19:58] WARNING: mime_content_type(): Can only process string or stream arguments
[14-Sep-2014 10:19:58] WARNING: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given
[14-Sep-2014 10:19:58] ERROR: SugarSync API: Is not a readable file:/blog/wp-content/uploads/backwpup-dc3488-temp/backwpup_dc3488_2014-09-14_10-17-42.zip

What does any of this mean? Are there changes that I need to make to my settings before SugarSync can accept that Zip file? (I tried Tar files, but didn’t get even that far.)

    Thanks,

    Chris Barton
