  • Are you uploading to a) hosted site, or b) localhost?

    a) Contact your host

    b) review your php.ini file

Does this happen with other Themes?

not sure. I guess it’s a local host since its on my domain. I don’t know where he php.ini file is, or what to look for in it. It doesn’t happen with other themes, so I’ll just use one of the other ones. Thanks for responding.

To install Customizr, you don’t need to upload a zip anyway. Just go to Appearance > Themes and click the “Add new” button at the top. Then search for Customizr and install from there.

I’m having this problem with customizr pro
    error message:
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

My domain is on a big web host – one click install of wordpress. Some kind of file size limit? Have not had a problem in the past with uploading themes.

rdellconsulting – when you say “review your php.ini file” what am I looking for?
    Any thoughts?

    Hi,
you should contact your provider and ask them to increase the upload_max_filesize in php.ini
For any other issue with customizr-pro you can open a new topic here 😉

I found the answer in the customizr pro support forum
