@busker
Can you please turn on debugging under Slideshow > Configuration on the right hand side then try to load Slideshow > Manage Slides again and see if you get any type of PHP error there?
I look forward to your response.

Hi,
I’ve tried with debugging on and off. Both get exactly the same result.
A blank page as described before.
It doesn’t show me any errors.
When I go to Plugins, Edit, Slideshow Gallery, and select a gallery/slide related plugin, it says: Php file Not active
In dutch:
Plugins bewerken
Bewerken slideshow-gallery/models/galleryslides.php (niet actief)
Does that information help?

@busker
The file showing not active is fine since it will only show active on the plugin’s main file.
Can you delete and reinstall the plugin under “Plugins” in WordPress?
If that doesn’t work, please submit a ticket to us with WordPress login details: http://tribulant.com/support/

Hi there
I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times. I even deleted all browsing info, cookies etc just to make sure, and still the newly installed plugin remembers the galleries I made before and keeps on showing blank pages when I try to open the Manage Slides area.
I did already submit a ticket to your forum. I’ll continue this thread there.
Cheers,
@busker
I believe as per your ticket that this is resolved now.
