    Hi everybody, i’m RENARD from France, i have difficulty with this plugin because since 2 week i can’t work on my own web site, well i have some people who register and build their own profil with photos-videos, but it’s impossible to the visitors to see the profils, when we’re going in the members directory, we see the main photo of the profil then when we try to click on the button “see profil”, we’re redirected in the log in section, please there’s emergency because i have to work, help me soon as possible, Thank you.

    Hi Renard LEON,

    Thanks for your post.

    It looks like a URL rewriting issue.

    Please get in your WP admin then click on Settings – Permalink and make sure that “Post name” is checked.

    Let me know if that fixes the issue.

    Good morning sir,

    Thank you for your help, i checked “post name”
    but nothing change, the visitors of the site
    can’t see the profil of my users, only the main
    picture on members directory and that’s all, have another
    solutions to keep alive, please.

    Hello Renard,

    I just sent you an email explaining you what was going on.

    I would suggest you using a wider template because Users Ultra needs a full screen page template.
