CSS not loading in correctly on certain buttons/inputs

I’ve noticed two buttons (that are actually inputs, not buttons) checkout button and add to cart that aren’t applying the default background color of a primary call button of #76456c. I can seem to change the css of any other element on the page but these two I can’t seem to touch with any selector.
