Authorized connection dropping — Again

So we’ve begun experiencing considerable dropped connections again. I’ve posted over on github as requested at https://github.com/katzwebservices/Gravity-Forms-Salesforce/issues/122
Has anyone else had an issue with being unable to maintain more than four authorized concurrent connections? According to our Salesforce representative, this shouldn’t be an issue but it is a huge issue for us now. We have over 100 websites that utilize this plugin, and now we are having to reconnect them on a rolling basis. We appear to only be able to have four connected at any one time. Salesforce insists that the problem is the plugin and suggested that we use a different service instead, but we’ve been using this plugin for 2 years and are happy with it – when it stays connected 😉
Any advise or suggestions?
