My clone site’s plugins can not work properly, and also this message appear in my wp

WP Google Maps cannot find the directory it uses to save marker data to. Please confirm that /home2/kidroc/public_html/es.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/wp-google-maps/ exists. Please also ensure that you assign file permissions of 755 (or 777) to this directory.
I active the plugins in the whole network.
I can not find this directory in my files.

    Hi.

Can you please clarify: are you saying that you have Network Activated the WP Google Maps plugin? If that is the case, are you certain that it supports Multisite Network Activation?

    You could try the following:

    1. Deactivate and Reactivate the WP Google Maps plugin
    2. Try only activating it at the site level and not network level

Also, links to specific sites / plugins would be very helpful. There are a couple different WP Google Maps plugins that are named almost identically.

    Thanks!

I am having this same issue after migrating from desktop to online environment.

Have you tried all the things already suggested?

I am having this issue too. What can I do to redirect the plugin to a new folder?

I’m sorry – I do not understand what this means when you say:
“What can I do to redirect the plugin to a new folder?”

nor do I understand what it means to migrate
    “from desktop to online environment”

Do you mean it was working locally in a development environment on your local machine but it doesn’t work on a web host? If so, this is an issue with the web host and probably file permissions.
