404 Error and forbidden acces

Hi. Unfortunately I can not go on my blog at all. It shows up error 404 and also when I try to enter from my wordpress.com account it gives me forbidden access.I don’t know what happened and how this can be solved! I am also not sure about the version I am using but I supposed is 3.9.2 as I opened the account this year. Thank you! 🙂
