Acessing "Additional Settings" Section

On my website I would like to redirect people to a “Thankyou” page.
I have seen a thread on the WP support forums that explains now to add a line of code to the “Additional settings”, but the problem is that I cannot see where “Additional Settings” are – can anyone help, please?
