• Hello,

I am writing about a problem that we have been having with customer email on our e-commerce website.

In short, one of every five or six purchase confirmation emails is not being delivered properly to both the customer and to the administrators of the website. We are using the WP-mail-SMTP plugin for this to happen through WooCommerce, and we have been in touch with the hosting company to troubleshoot the issue as well.

We are confused as to why this plugin would work perfectly well for some orders/customers but not for others. We have looked at product information, geographic location, quantity of purchase, etc., but we can’t distinguish a pattern that would be throwing off the SMTP plugin.

This is an urgent problem that we need fixed as soon as possible, so we were wondering if you might have any suggestions as to how to move forward/troubleshoot/test this difficulty. Has anyone encountered a problem like this before?

    Many thanks,

    Chase

  • Did you find a solution for this?

I’m having the same issue, not sending woocommerce emails.

No solution so far. Still having the same issues, although the email failures are occurring less often now. We have contacted everyone – our IT people, server people, godaddy, etc., and still no dice
