other languages, or remove buttons

I am interested in removing all the buttons (print, csv, pdf, etc.) and rewriting the labels (e.g., “1 to 1 of 1 entries”) to be in my local language, Hebrew. How is this possible? Thanks!

By the way, the reason why I want to do this is because the Hebrew characters appear as question marks — which is fine, because I don’t want the feature.
