Are you able to see the icons on the backend from the widget form?
I can imagine it’s a compatibility issue with your theme. I think you have a premium theme, would it be possible to send me the files so I can test the plugin with it?

I have similar problem, but other way around: chrome shows icons, and safari does not. Backend in Safari does not display them either. Could you please help me here?!
i just managed to resolve it myself! My Safari had so Ad Blocker, which blocked the icons. All good now 🙂
I have some problem whith the icons in the frontend in Firefox (mac and win):

Ok, I think all this is a problem with charset encoding. I have encoded and embeded the font in the css. Hopefully this should do the fix.
In other hand, if you can see the icons only in some browsers it’s probably due to some configuration settings on your the browser where you can’t see the icons.
