I believe your WordPress memory limit is too low to update the DB.
I ran into the same exact problem, and found a solution on this page: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/database-update-required-4
edit:
wp-includes/default-constants.php
line 23:
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’40M’);
temporarily change to 40M to 128M

@wpyogi
OK, but I got an email notification that affects malware DOCS – a problem which I myself do not fully solved – and I wanted to answer to Rogee, but you so quick closed the thread!
And here there is no option – send a private message – what I had to do to he saw my message?
Please open this thread or move it in the right place. nowhere on the internet there is no information about the DOCS-issue and how to remove it .. maybe can we succeed here?

The main reason I closed that thread is that the hack has nothing to do with JetPack – so that’s really not a good place for any discussion of that problem.
If Rogee opens a new thread as I suggested, then that would be the place to discuss this issue… but really, if a site is hacked, see the resources posted about how to clean those up…
Also, unfortunately, we cannot (due to technical limitations) move threads out of a sub-forum – otherwise, yes, that would have happened in the first place :)!
I will start new topic, but tell me in which category is the best to do it?
