Russian localization for plugin

    Please, add Russian localization in your plugin.

    Now the plugin does not work properly with Cyrillic. For example, all links (in A-Z list) to russian words that begin with the same letter => looks like site.com/glossary/#� And cyrillic symbols in A-Z list do not display correctly.
