Polylang Doesn't Show Translated Page

I found an old topic on this problem, but it was never resolved: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/polylang-doesnt-show-my-translated-pages?replies=10.

I have the same problem but only for my homepage. My site is in English and Spanish with the default language being English. When I select Spanish in the widget while on the homepage, the navigation bar changes languages and the other pages change, but the text on the homepage remains in English. When Spanish is selected in the widget I can go to the navigation bar and manually switch to the Spanish homepage, but the language should automatically change when I select Spanish in the widget so that I don’t have to manually switch.

This is the webpage for my business, so I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Here’s the link to my webpage: http://www.primaveralanguage.com.

But what are you using for homepage ? Static page with template ? etc… What is your theme ?

I see in your source code an heavy presence of Open Graph Protocol http://ogp.me/ whatever it is it looks like being very involved in the structure of your website..

Ah, found that http://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-for-open-graph-alternate-locales-in-header?replies=5

May be to consider.

If you want help it could be nice that you provide as much help as possible too 😉 Give your setting, plugin list (Yoast,..) and try yourself to dig the internet with ‘polylang anyword’ to see if it gives something relevant…

My theme is Attitude. My plugins are as follows:
I’m not sure what you mean by “static page with template” or which settings you need to know. Also, I’ve looked around on the Internet and haven’t been able to find any answers.

Hello

It seems that your english homepage isn’t translating in spanish. If your 2 homepages (english spanish)exist, do that =>
in your admin setting “pages” –> “all pages” edit your english homepage. In the meta box languages select your spanish translation.
Is it Ok?

Hi,

I followed your instructions, but the Spanish translation is already checked in the meta box, so that’s not the problem.

Any other ideas?
