url rewrite doesn't work

Ciao Alessandro, frist off – very nice plugin indeed, bravo!

I have a problem with url rewrite when there is www. in front of hostname.
In wp settings I have set that my site uses www. in front of the url, it works fine as long as I dont have the plugin turned on, but when I do, then when I enter the page url manually it doesnt redirect to www, it works on menu and everything else, just not on the home page when entering the url manually.
