    Purchased Pro last week and have successfully logged in for licensing code, implemented into website, etc. However, have been unable to use Users Ultra support forum to ask about some things. Have registered with username Conables. Registration shows successful, then when I try to log in again, it tells me that I’m not active. No activation email received. Tried then to request Forgot Password, error message is that I’m not active. PLEASE FIX. Have many questions and NO WAY to contact Users Ultra Pro Customer Service AT ALL.

    Received activation link within 5 minutes. Thank you very much! First issue resolved…now to the support forum.

    Please use the “chatbox” / “Leave A Message” box at the lower right hand side on our main site where you purchased. Please don’t come here and yell that we don’t provide a way to contact us. You can freely contact us using that form when all else fails.

    I the activated first of the three separate accounts you created on the forums. If you did not receive the activation email, it may have gone to your spam folder.

    Please log into the support site if you have any further issues, or if you can’t do that, please use the method I mentioned above.

    Thank you for taking care of this issue and please allow me to apologize for any hard feelings. Knowing it was there, it’s easy to see, my mistake. I was searching for a Contact Us button in the menu. Also, the other two profile submissions can be deleted, as I was trying to get the automated activation email (checked spam folder to no avail.)

    Yeah, sometimes emails don’t get delivered as fast as we expect. And sometimes they don’t get delivered. We know that and we are happy to get things sorted as soon as we possibly can. That’s why we have the option in the plugin to either re-send the activation or activate via admin. We use it on the forums site.

    We got it sorted and one of us will be addressing the topic you posted in the forums.

    If you wouldn’t mind marking this topic as resolved, I would appreciate it.
