Any time to hunt this down? (not trying to be a jerk, thanks for doing it. I also worked in biology and know how consuming it can be!)
I haven’t got around to creating a test environment to recapitulate the warnings yet, so no.. Is the one above the only warning you get? Would you mind copying them all into this thread if it’s easy?

I’ve just updated the code on github to fix the only PHP Notices I could find. If you get a chance would you mind testing it before I push the release, in case I’ve missed any?

Thanks for taking a look at this.
There are no PHP errors. The only issue is that on activation, the admin panel has this notification:
The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
This isn’t really a problem for me at all, I just thought you might want to be aware of it.
