If you login and go to Appearance > Menus, do they show up there?
Go to the “Locations” tab and then select the menu you want displayed. Does that fix it?
It is already set to primary which is the menu structure listed above, but 4 categories are just showing up.
Can you post a screenshot of the menu and the menu locations?
For some odd reason it showing the 4 category menu as primary.
Is that not the right one?
If i add all the menus i want under categories and hit update it works, but there is something wrong b/c it shouldn’t be like this.

It is the right one but it is showing whats up categories.

Having the same issue. http://www.cchaiti.org is my site. As you can see the header menu consists of 6 “links” that don’t link to anything.
The menu that is set as my header menu/main menu consists of 9 links (with multiple sublinks).
Help please
CCHaitiAdmin login to WP-Admin go to appearance—menus and add the URL destinations to all your header links again. The links have no destination you need to add them again.
