how remove footer text on wordpress?

    On my website – http://badicecream3.net i was installed wordpress theme but then i saw in the footer there was other website’s link, i could not to remove that banner and then i removed wordpress and install html design, but i do not like that design and i want to install wordpress again and somebody can tell me how to remove footer text on wordpress?
