Are you able to get the test email if you send one from Events > Settings > Mail > Email Settings?

Yes. I get the Events Manager Test e-mail. I also did a couple test registrations manually and I received those e-mails as well. I don’t know if it’s a temperamental thing or what. I’ve had issues in the past but never so many consecutive instances where clients are not receiving e-mails.
Are these event owners emails, or something else?
Have you confirmed with the clients that the emails aren’t just ending up in spam folder?

These are attendee emails. We receive the event owner e-mails. Yes, we always make sure to tell them to check their spam/junk folders.
did you try to changing your mail sending method to rule-out any server issue? eg. wp mail, php or smtp then your gmail account
