Term redirection and deletions

    @johnny5, I love your plugin and use it a lot and these two things keep coming up for me as missing features:

    1. Automatic redirection of changed term slugs
    2. Redirection of deleted items (posts, pages and terms). This requires a prompt for the redirection target, but would be absolutely fabulous

    Specifically for sites using Simple Tags to rename and merge tags, it’s be great to hook into those actions too.
