@keepclif – It looks like some sort of session time limit but I cannot think why that would be happening with NextGEN Gallery.
What are the server settings you see under Gallery > Overview?
Is this happening with other plugins, or just NextGEN Gallery?

@keepclif – Your PHP memory limit is a bit low, I would suggest raising it to at least 128MB … but I cannot say if that would correct your session timeout issue as the rest of your settings look fine as far as I can tell.
Have you contacted your web hosting service to see if they can explain why you are seeing these timeout issues? (You can ask them to raise you PHP Memory Limit at the same time.)

My web hosting service just pushed the limit to 128M and there is still the error. Do have any other idea?
