I see what you’re saying about the social icons. This was supposed to be fixed in a prior update, but it looks like I missed something.

You can either wait until the next update which will fix the issue on it’s own, or you can fix it right away by creating a custom menu. If you go to your Menus page in your dashboard, create a custom menu, and assign it to the Primary location, your social media icons will display properly.

The post navigation links at the bottom of every post can be hidden with some CSS. In your customizer, there is a section called “Custom CSS”. Copy and paste the following CSS into the textarea:

.further-reading {
  display: none;
}

Once added, the post navigation links will disappear.
