Threaded (nested) comments for reply not working! HELP!

    I have 4 page on my site, and for my first page nested reply for comments worked fine but in last 4 days when someone reply on someone comments it’s not showed nested, it’s showed down like new comments not like a reply for comments.
    And for my other 3 pages on my site that is working fine. I have only problem on my first page? Maybe is because i have more then 70 comments on that first page?
    If anyone know what that could be a problem i will be very gratefull. Thanks

    What is the level you have set for nested comments? ( Found under Settings > Discussion )

    Does it happen with any other theme?

    Level 5, i am using New Gammer Theme. I have 4 pages on my site. First page have 72 comments, 2nd page have 26 comments, 3rd page have 17 comments, and 4th page have 9 comments.
    I have ONLY problem on 1st page where i have 72 comments. That problem is only on that first page, on other pages i doesn’t have any problems.

    Are you able to post a link to the site?

    Where did you get the theme from?

    Are you able to deactivate all plugins/switch themes to test?

    This is the theme that i am using:

    I downloaded from there.
    I tryed to disable plugins but for that main page still the same problem on other pages it’s ok.
    I forgot to mention one thing, when i post normal new comment on that page, that comment doesn’t show on the end – not in order. It showed 6 comments before last. I don’t know maybe i should delete last few comments
