Redirect to non WP page

We’re going to be doing a print ad which will have our domain name and then an offer code that we’d like to redirect.
As example,
http://www.domain.com/abc will go to http://www.domain.comBut the home page isn’t on WordPress. Can your plugin accommodate this?
It would make it easier than having someone do the HTACCESS stuff.
