Blank edit profile page after install

    Hi there. We really like this plugin however found there is a problem with the theme we are using ClassiPress version 3.3.3. Once this plugin is installed and a user tries to edit their ClassiPress / WordPress profile, only a blank white screen is displayed. We have tested on multiple browsers and mobile devices and same issue. Once plugin disabled, all returns to normal.

    We would really like to use this plugin so any thoughts / support would be great.

    Hi – Unfortunately, we don’t have the resources to investigate individual themes. That said, if you’re able to pinpoint the root cause we may be able to point you to a solution.
