Only show a custom webpage on admin

    Hi, I’m looking to create a webpage that contains a former for users to submit data to a separate database using MySQL queries. Is there a way I can show this webpage via the admin panel and also prevent users from using it without being logged in to the admin side? If there’s an easier way to do this let me know.

    Short version:
    Only show web page to admin users.
