i have error message “If you’re seeing this, it’s because the gallery type you selected has not provided a template of it’s own.”

what should i do? pls help

@madrosid – What are you using to insert the display with? If you are using a shortcode, please share it here … if you are using the IGW (“green button”) then a screen snippet of the Customizations panel would be helpful as well.

okay Cais, i always attach NextGen Gallery using the IGW button.

there was a conflict with another plugin code, problem solved. and now my website is back running well.
