german translation

Just I saw the question by “Uta13” about a translation of the filterbar.
For personal use just I made a partially translation of the latest version 0.6.7 (include the filterbar). There’s also a little change of mine inside the event-list.css. I increased the font-size of the event-details up to 1.3em (at line 87).
