There is most probably a conflict somewhere. Without knowing what plugins you are using, what theme you are using and what version of WordPress you are using, there isn’t much we can suggest except to begin deactivating other plugins and switch to a default theme (hopefully not 2014).
If you would like to go to our forums and sign up and raise the issue, we might be able to offer more help but here, we cannot ask for much. Working from here, it’s going to be pretty much up to you to find the conflict.

Have disabled and even deleted non-essential plugins one by one and refreshed Membership Packages tab each time. Even changed admin theme color option. Nothing happens past “Loading…” for THIS TAB ONLY. All other tabs load and function just fine.
Does it call unsecured or slow loading 3rd party resources like Cloudfront? This might be a security block. We use Firewall and SSL throughout. Haven’t tested a default WP theme as doing so deletes our theme configuration and I have to start over with widgets placement.
