User Forbidden Error Code on Registration

    Customer receiving error:

    I just did the update and about an hour later someone, I know, tried to register for an event using our website and received this error instead of being able to register:

    *** User forbidden. You submitted too quickly. You may try again in a few seconds. Request number 43dec6c85c665f094353c889212da93a. Antispam service cleantalk.org. ***

    She tried 3 times — waiting in between.

    Registration was working fine before this — I’m not sure if it’s the update or if she was spammed by error somewhere along the line. Please help. Thanks!

    Hi,

    It looks like issue caused by update, I’m not sure but it looks like the plugin can’t store some user data in PHP sessions.

    Any way, I’ve changed servers logic to resolve this issue. Lets see how it will work for a few days.
