Premium Version Works for Other Posts?

    Hi cswaim.

    I wanted to know if the Premium version supports getting other post that are outside blog postings. I would like to get it, if it does. P.S. I tried using your contact form to get in touch but it was not working.

    I am using the vantage theme by appthemes for my website. You can see a demo of the business directory theme that I am using by clicking on Demo located here. http://www.appthemes.com/themes/vantage/

    Right now I am using the free “TPG Get Post” plugin and it works perfectly in getting blog post.

    I wanted to know if the premium version will also get post for “Business Listings” and post for “Events Listings?”

    if “Business Listings” etc are categories or tags, it will pull just those posts. It will pull custom posts by specifying the post_type option.

    Thank you for the quick response. Yes, it does help. post_type works perfectly!

    I have another question. I purchased the premium version and wanted to remove author from byline. I used this in the command; byline_fmt=” ,dp” which was discussed in another post.

    It does work in removing the author. But what shows now is “on August 27, 2014” Is it possible to show “Posted on August 27,2014” or just “August 27, 2014”? First suggestion is preferred.

    You can format each piece of the by-line. In the styling section, look at the dp_fmt option. dm_fmt=”Fj,Y,Posted on,” should do what you want.

    Thank you for your direction.

    I took a closer look at your guide and found that this command worked perfectly for what I needed dp_fmt=”F j, Y, Posted on ,”

    For those of you who are as confused as I am with these things. The entire command does not show up here. But, if you look at the guide for the plugin after the j there is no comma but you will see andsignnumbersign44semicolon

    From the note in the guide this takes the place of the comma.
