Reducing picture size by a %

    The older version of Word Press had a edit option on pictures to reduce size by a %,90%,80% and so on. How can I do that on this version?

    In Image Details box, Display Settings section, change size to “Custom Size”. It has better control than 90%, 80%.

    I’ve tried that and it isn’t reducing the size of the picture. My picture is outside the border. I’ll try again. Thank You
