Thanks for your query. Are you asking if the admin can emulate being a given customer while taking an order, so that the customer’s role-based discounts will be applied? If so, the answer is regretfully ‘No’. There has to be a customer log-in to get the customer’s role-based discounts.

Hi @wethinjp,
No, the tax-free role and capability offered in the plugin are an ‘all or nothing’ situation – either everything is tax-free, or everything follows the existing product taxation settings.
