Linking to Website

My company’s new and updated website is currently in the midst of being built; and one of our SEO efforts is the incorporation of a RSS feed of our WP blog embedded into the site.
However, we also will be using our blog outside of our website in hopes of getting viewers to share specific posts on different social media platforms.

My question then, is how to link my company’s website to my company’s WordPress blog.
In other words, how do I make sure that improving my WordPress’s SEO improve my company’s website as well?
Our blog posts have already been shared a few times, but there’s no place to connect our posts directly back to our website–which is ideally where the reader/sharer of our content would end up.
We’ve figured out how to incorporate the blog into the website, but now I’m looking for advice on how to do this the other way around. I assume there’s a plugin for this, but the research I’ve done on my own hasn’t come up with much.
