I have a site exclusively made up of pages that use the post name permalink and as such all pages (except the homepage) display with a trailing slash in the URL.

The info page permalink is set to ‘cookie-policy’ and when I view the actual live page the URL has a trailing slash as does the permalink in Edit Page.

The href however for the “More info” button does not have a trailing slash so SEO and Webmaster tools read this and say the link/page doesn’t exist.

I can get the trailing slash into the href if I set ‘cookie-policy/’ for the info page permalink – is that an acceptable way of doing it?
