Problem between usernoise and hueman

hi everyone,i don’t know are there anyone got the same problem.

i install a plugin called usernosie (https://wordpress.org/plugins/usernoise/)

and i found that some of the layout or interface got error. Such as the scroll up function at the theme bottom disappeared.

i tried disable all plugin. i tried to reinstall a new wordpress. The problem occur when hueman and usernoise active .

i hope that there will have a solution for me to using them. If anyone want to help, just using a wordpress to install hueman theme and usernoise then you will got my situation
