It won't delete from WP plugins page

Hi,

I deactivated the plug-in a couple months ago because it showed signs in the log of failure and threw a 503 error on my site. I didn’t have the time to look at it then, I don’t really use the it. But I installed it several months ago thinking I would use it when I started accumulating more emails to my contact 7 form.

anyway, today I had intentions of deleting it then re-installing the new version. Mainly for a clean install of the new version instead of updating.

But it won’t delete. I tried like 5 times. After clicking yes remove the files, it goes to a white page.

Can I delete it from wp/content/plugins without using an ftp? Just by clicking “delete” on the plug-in in that folder?

Any other suggestions of how I can delete it? I may or may not re-install I’m not sure. My focus right now is deleting it.
