plugin to handle warning/ban system

    Hi, I have had a quick google and a look on here but can’t quite find what I’m looking for and would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction..

    I am after a plugin that integrates with bbpress and buddypress that allows me to have a warning system for those not following the site rules.

    My system would be:
    1st offence – warning
    2nd offence – temp ban
    3rd offence – perm ban

    What I would need the plugin to:
    >> Be free
    >> Email/PM the offending user
    >> Be able to temp ban a user
    >> Be able to Perm ban a user
    >> Show what level warning user is on

    If anyone could help, with this, that would be great.
