Hey Tobias!

Your table plugin has been great! Very intuitive and user-friendly! I did want to see if there is a way to keep the tables from auto-sorting when displaying on the frontend? Basically, I have the table structured how I want it in the back-end, but when I view it on the frontend it auto-sorts everything. I have some blank rows that I need to use for spacing purposes, but they keep getting pushed to the top of the table.

Is something like this even possible? Also, can you apply background colors to specific rows in a table?

Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

The reason for this issue is that some other plugin (or your theme) is also adding sorting to the table. (When TablePress adds the sorting, no auto-sort is used.)
From what I can see, that is done in the customization that you are using for that filtering in the sidebar. Thus, you will need to fix this in that special code, by properly initializing the call to DataTables.
