Mobile problems

Hi –
I am new to the forum and some components of WordPress…and I don’t know where to turn.

I am working on a website where on desktop it looks great, but when I view it on all mobile devices none of the images or CSS attributes will load. I am not sure what to do to get this fixed. The website is supposed to be also mobile friendly.

I am using a template I purchased, I asked them for help, but they have completely abandoned me now.

Please could anyone help me!
