IMPORTANT – Fix to "unknown error"

    A fix for the “unknown error” message has been applied to the OBFW software.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused over the last few months, but we hope this clears up the majority of issues seen by many users recently.

    I updated the backup plugin last week, and now I am getting that “unknown error.”

    Hello,

    I still get the same errors (on 3 different websites, with different hostings) with a manual backup.

    Same here. Although I am getting further that I used to. On my sites, I see the following:

    • The (local) backup hangs for a long time.
    • After a few minutes, when it is done, the result-ZIP-file is corrupt.
    • I can then make a new backup with good results.
    • This is non-systematic but very irritating.

    I’ll be a happy man when this problem is addressed. Thanks in advance.
