WP as a database

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if I would be able to implement a database for this engineering company, based on WordPress.
See, there’s the need of logging every project the company has made, so that we could quickly extract a table, say, filtering it by project kind, project value, location, whatever… and ready to print/PDF.

Are there any theme/plugin combos which would make this kind of tool?
