Login error

I get this error when logging into WP and can not proceed to the Admin area……wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1121. I have just updated to 3.9.2 and the error occurred. I have tried several solutions from other posts but to no avail. All plugins have beeb deactivated and WP 3.9.2 has been reinstalled and the problem still exists.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
