Plugin Update Fails Destination Folder Already exists

    I am trying to install the update for WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping and keep getting the error that it cannot be installed because the destination folder already exists.

    I have downloaded the zip file to my desktop – go to my “Add New” under Plugins – Select Upload – then browse for the file. It then reads the following:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home8/scented5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-table-rate-shipping/

    Plugin install failed.

    I’ve gone under the C-Panel and the only file showing is the original I installed in July. What should I do to install this update? Please note – I have not enabled this shipping option. I am still in the process of building my table rates. Do I need to enable it in order to update it?
