Pages was vanished

Good day!

I did upgrade to new version 2.1 of WordPress on my site. Everything was going well accept one thing: the pages was vanished from top menu, but they are still on the site.

I use Blix theme and here is the code for the navigation:

Is it something do not work in this code with new version of WP? Why it was vanished.
